What was the highlight of Hotel & Appartementen - De Zeven Heuvelen
Lovely small town with unexpected quality of food, peaceful location with friendly people. Quiet.
The health club was good with well equipped gym and excellent sauna. Plenty of parking and the town of Groesbeek had plenty of places to eat and drink. In fact the meal we had at Bar en Grill De Locomotief in Groesbeek was excellent and far better quality than I expected so although it wasn't a cheap meal it offered great value for money. In the town there were lots of play parks and cycle routes. I would come back for a family short stay.
I didn't like all the rules and the phone call the morning we were travelling from a long distance asking us to arrive before the time we had booked our check in months in advance. The beds were very soft and the gym lockers did not work.

Good
Staff was friendly. Shower was good. Comfortable mattresses.
Hotel is OK but needs renovation. No way to protect the sleeping room from morning light (high window with no curtains). There was a booklet in the room detailing all the fines you could be charged with if you misbehaved (!).
